Roof Collapse at T-Mobile Store After Truck Hits Hydrant in Los Angeles

A T-Mobile store in North Hills, Los Angeles, suffered a partial roof and wall collapse after a pickup truck crashed into a fire hydrant. The collision, which occurred near Nordhoff Street and Sepulveda Boulevard, caused a massive water geyser that flooded the building.

The store manager quickly evacuated customers and staff, preventing injuries. The dental office next door was closed at the time. Fire officials stated that water buildup on the roof led to its collapse.

The truck driver fled the scene, while the driver of a Mercedes-Benz involved in the crash remained. Authorities are investigating and seeking information on the suspect.
